I HOPE FOR FURTHER IMPROVEMENTS WITHIN THE TEAM IN THE FUTURE

We rested some of our foreign players and rotated the squad for tonight’s game. I’m happy with tonight’s 2-0 win despite not playing the best we can, but I hope for further improvements within the team in the future.

OUR DEFENCE NEEDS TO BE IMPROVED AND REFINED TO REGAIN THE TEAM’S FORM IN THE FUTURE

I’m very disappointed with tonight’s performance but we must be realistic. There are many things we can improve on especially from the defensive aspect. Tonight we played with just one foreign player alongside young local players against a team featuring all their four foreign players. That being said, they were only able to beat us after the game went into extra time.

I feel our defence needs to be improved and refined following our two consecutive defeats despite taking the lead first. Our technical team have been examining the problem and will try to regain the team’s form in the future. However, we’re proud that our two goals were scored by a young player who is just 17 years ago, which is a positive sign for the future of the club.
