According to records, Johor Darul Ta’zim Football Club (JDT) had at one point gone through five league matches at the start of the season with a team consisting of mostly local players and no new foreign players. More interestingly, the results were tremendous as JDT had collected the maximum 15 points in 5 matches, and is currently at the top of the table.

The club also recorded 4 clean sheets and only conceded once. This is by far a very good result if we were to take into consideration the unsubstantiated allegations that JDT relies only on foreign talents to succeed.
